In just about half a century, we have achieved substantial changes \u2013 from the first personal computer to the smartphone, from objectively no connectivity to the mammoth internet-services today, from the heavy fossil-fuel consumption to renewable energy sources, and more. Though all of them seem to be disjointed, they have two important elements in common; An innovation and a forward-thinking vision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steve Jobs and Bill Gates were unrivalled visionaries for technology. Jeff Bezos and Jack Ma brilliantly exploited the first movers\u2019 advantage to disrupt consumerism. Everywhere we look, we find the effects of true entrepreneurialism.<\/span><\/p>\n

Engineering and entrepreneurialism go hand-in-hand.With this in mind, the Entrepreneurship Cell of NIT Trichy was formed to adhere to the doctrine of spreading, encouraging and fostering the idea of entrepreneurialism among the students and providing the necessary platforms to secure a chance of succeeding.<\/span><\/p>\n

E-Summit\u201920 is E-CELL NITT\u2019s flagship event that brings, an assortment of diverse, intriguing and enlightening workshops, guest lectures, interactive sessions with accomplished experts and informal events to every aspiring entrepreneur. E-Summit seeks to develop the inherent potential of students, nurture incredible ideas and instill the qualities one must possess for adopting entrepreneurship as a way of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event is being conducted from the 14<\/span>th<\/span> to 16<\/span>th<\/span> of February at NIT Trichy. With cash prizes worth around Rs. 2 Lakhs, it is a hub for numerous start-up enthusiasts, venture capitalists, angel investors, industry experts, accomplished entrepreneurs and successful alumni of the Institute to network and collaborate.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kicking off the 3-day long event, the Chief Guest, Mr. Apoorv Bajaj, the Executive President of Bajaj Corporation, will be delivering the guest lecture for the inaugural event of E-Summit\u201920. An avid exponent of sustainable development and humanitarian causes, Mr. Bajaj is involved with several projects that have contributed to the same cause.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Immediately in succession is one of the most anticipated events, Quora Meetup where participants of the event interact with the top writers on Quora in an open session. The event begins with addresses and is followed by an interactive Q&A session. It is headed by three remarkably proficient experts in their respective fields :\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Rohan Jain, an IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad graduate, an excellent orator and consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Divyansh Mundra, a top-selling author, great story-teller and awarded the top writer of Quora for the year 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Kirubakaran Rajendran, a revolutionary stock market investor utilizing self-developed algorithms to trade on the Indian Stock Market, an NSE certified Analyst and an exceptional entrepreneur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership Conclave, an event for the most aspiring students and enthusiasts, includes guest lectures from eminent personalities, thought-provoking panel discussions and debates, quick-thoughtout solutions, case – studies and networking sessions. The event is headed by:<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Vivek Atray, an ex-IAS officer, a motivational speaker who has given multiple TEDx talks and the author of the best-seller “Finding success within”.<\/span><\/p>\n
