This type of behaviour will not only disturb official functioning but also reflects indiscipline.&#8221;, the circular says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">While the circular mentions that\u00a0&#8220;some employees&#8221; are found gathering in groups, it singles out women for the unnecessary \u00a0walking. Mr.\u00a0Kagodu Thimmappa also possibly <span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.deccanchronicle.com\/150605\/nation-current-affairs\/article\/karnataka-legislature-secretariat-circular-sexist-no-it%E2%80%99s-just\" target=\"_blank\">imagines<\/a><\/span> that the women employees are discussing cooking recipes and the latest saas-bahu soaps on their jaunts through the Assembly corridors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">Women understandably have not taken kindly at this slight on their rights to mobility.
